120 SF Garden pavillion is legal for installation on any Residential, Rural or Agricultural zoned properties on Maui. This Module is prefabricated in our workshops, is delivered to your property & installed in no time, usually 48 hours. There are many upgrades and add ons available. Base unit is designed as a storage shed with one 36″ exterior door and one window up to 4′ x 4′.
